European Union Aviation Safety Agency issued a safety bulletin; the flights for civilians including Russia and Ukraine are banned for the next ninety days. The ban for flights will be applied from 24 Feb to May 24.
Remember that on the second day, Russia continues its attacks on Ukraine. 137 people were killed on the first day of the war.
